You enter the house via the monumental facade on Kortemeestraat.
Directly behind it is the old-style shop area, with a fireplace and 4 cupboards in the middle. A partly tiled toilet room, a kitchenette with sink and a large storage room including a central heater boiler room (Remeha 2016) are located at the rear.

The charm of the ground floor is that there is a 'Light court' in the middle, allowing you to enjoy natural lighting both here and in a section of the basement.
