LAYOUT
Via the gangway you step into the wheelhouse of this magnificent houseboat, which was formerly used to transport cement. The wheelhouse and steering cabin remain entirely intact. The helm, the captain’s chair and the instrument panel are still present, you could quite literally sail away. To the right of the seating area is the staircase leading down to the dining room, once the captain’s living quarters. All high quality built in appliances are present, including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, combination oven microwave and coffee machine. In the bow of the ship there is a storage area accessible from the side deck.

To the left of the staircase in the kitchen, a door opens to a beautiful hallway connecting two bedrooms, a separate toilet and a wardrobe closet. On either side of this storage space there is room for laundry appliances. Here too, the round porthole windows complement the beamed ceiling. The large bedroom, decorated with nautical themed patterned wallpaper, is a wonderful place to sleep. Every detail is thoughtfully executed, from the carpeting to the varying ceiling heights. The adjacent bedroom with a height of 1.78 meters is currently arranged as a children’s room.
From the main bedroom you access the quarter round luxury bathroom. This space combines irresistible charm with every modern comfort, including a large bathtub, separate shower and vanity unit. The colors, materials and mosaic tiles form a beautiful composition.

The forward section of the ship is currently operated as a highly successful bed and breakfast but can easily be used for private living. In essence, it is a self contained apartment with a living room, bar with dishwasher and refrigerator, bathroom and a sleeping loft with a height of 1.6 meters. A spiral staircase in this section leads directly to the deck, allowing guests to access their quarters without entering the private area.
