Rather than dominating the landscape, these homes are designed to blend into the greenery and maintain a constant connection with the outdoors. Expansive glazing, strong architectural lines, natural materials and generous verandas reveal just how exceptional living here could be.

A distinct architectural concept has been developed for each of the two plots.

The Veranda House centres around sheltered outdoor living. Its generous veranda becomes a natural extension of the interior, while tall expanses of glass and carefully considered sightlines draw the surrounding landscape deep into the home. A design in which indoors and outdoors flow almost seamlessly into one another.

The Long House derives its character from its elongated form. Beneath the striking continuous roofline, a sequence of living spaces unfolds, each with its own relationship to the garden. The horizontal architecture, expansive glazed façades and veranda enhance the sense of a home that stretches out into the landscape.
