If you take the elevator and get off on the second floor, you are almost immediately in front of the door of your apartment. Upon arrival you are automatically taken to the porch; from here you have great views over the lagoon of Curacao Ocean Resort with the dolphins of the Therapy Center. At the end of the lagoon lies the white sandy beach of Curacao Ocean Resort that you partly own. From your porch you also can see the large swimming pool with children's section. Due to the location of the building, you have the cooling wind on the porch and not the warm afternoon sun that sets at the back.

Inside you will find a very spacious kitchen with a granite top with breakfast bar, dishwasher, oven and stove, all from the brand Boretti. And of course a large American fridge. All the drawers in the kitchen have the silent close system and are built with materials suitable for the tropics. Behind the kitchen is the pantry with space for storage and the washing machine and dryer.

Through the living room which is connected to the porch by a large sliding door you have access to the master suite; a bedroom with sea view, a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and bath. The second bedroom is on the other side and is also equipped with a private bathroom and fitted wardrobes.

The apartment is successful in the short-term rental by the current owner. But permanent residence or long-term rental is also permitted. The apartment is offered without the furniture but those might be taken over upon request. Curacao Ocean Resort is within walking distance of the large beach of Seaquarium Beach, several restaurants and beach clubs such as Cabana, Mood Beach, Hemingway and Madero Ocean Club. Also the gym, spa and Seaquarium can all be reached on foot, as is the diving school and the shops on the boulevard including Starbucks. Since the building is located upwind, you really have the best- or both worlds here, rest in your own space and enjoy yourself when you're ready.
