You enter this beautiful oasis through the driveway. Ananda Retreat is located on 22.410 m2 of land on which various buildings have been built. It’s worth mentioning that this is an Eco Retreat. For example a sewer system has been installed so that the 'gray' water can be reused for irrigation of the gardens. The power supply partly consists of solar energy.

At the park there are 7 luxury villas. The villas are implemented in 3 different types. Three of the houses consist of a master bedroom with private bathroom, two bedrooms with shared bathrooms, an entrance with a guest toilet, living room and half open kitchen, storage / laundry room, a covered terrace in front and a back terrace. The two luxurious versions of the first model are almost the same, but do have a wider terrace. Then there are two villas that are virtually the same, but more spacious and with a larger covered rear terrace, side terrace and a U-shaped kitchen. High-quality materials with a luxurious finish were used for construction. The surrounding greenery as well as the garden have been developed under architectural supervision.

The Yoga-Meditation building consists of a large covered veranda where workshops are held, a room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The caretaker’s house and game room are located west of the resort. On the ground floor there’s a large room, intended as a game room with a synthetic floor. A wall is completely covered with mirrors. In addition, there is a men's and powder room. The property has 3 bedrooms, each with adjoining bathrooms, a guest toilet, spacious kitchen and a living room with a spaciously covered veranda.

The restaurant with a professionally equipped kitchen and sanitary rooms offers space for about 50 guests. Across the road is a beautifully landscaped tropical garden with several benches, where it’s good sitting under the trees.

A spacious conference room with reception as well as two office spaces and two spacious meeting rooms. In addition, there is a well-equipped gym and two spacious swimming pools with jacuzzi with changing rooms and showers. A fully equipped cinema completes all facilities and can accommodate 45 seats.
Everything has been thought of. There are enough toilets in the public areas and there is plenty of parking space. All important rooms have air conditioning. Every building has been built with solid materials and no costs have been spared to create a luxurious atmosphere. The landscaped greenery and tropical gardens create a soothing environment.

Ananda Retreat is located on almost 22.400 m2, which has not yet been fully developed.
