The main house on the domain is an old farm that dates from 1875. The original living area was converted into a charming gîte.
It has been renovated while retaining its authentic character.
2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, fitted kitchen and a cosy living room with dining and sitting area and a wood stove. Above the gîte, an enormous space has been created that can be used as an office or as a workshop space, for example.
The second part of this house, with its own entrance, is currently the owners' home.
There is a new roof with 16 cm thick insulation panels and original roof tiles. The electrical system was tackled and there is now a brand new kitchen and the adjacent pantry has been refurbished and equipped with all the comforts to run the domain. Furthermore, in this house you will find a cozy living room with a wood stove with adjacent office space / study room, a spacious bathroom and a bedroom.
Spread over a garden / terrain of 34,000 m2 are five luxury safari tents, which are completely self-sufficient. The placement of each tent was carefully chosen to guarantee maximum experience and privacy. Each tent offers space for 6 people.
The luxury safari tents are equipped with a fully equipped country kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. There is also permanent lighting, electricity, hot water, a large bath on legs and a toilet in the tent.
During the cooler spring and autumn days, the tents are heated by a stove.

The sixth safari tent and a yoga deck are located in a place with a wide view and peace and are currently used for the retreats. This tent can easily be converted into a sixth, fully furnished safari tent.
Wander through the big park-like garden and stroll along the small lake and enjoy endless views, beautiful sunsets and fantastic starry skies.

The reception is housed in an open barn with a comfortable seating area with bar where a fire bowl is the beating heart.
Wine barrels with atmospheric wooden bar stools guarantee an atmosphere where guests can enjoy ‘table d’hôtes’ and the now highly appreciated bar evenings!
A large barn is currently used as a work space. This space lends itself to letting your own imagination run wild. The barn is packed with all necessary tools for maintaining the property. All tools like lawnmowers, chainsaws etcetera will stay and are included.
At the back of the farm are small animal enclosures and a meadow where chickens and guinea fowl have the kingdom to themselves.
Due to the large plot there is also space for keeping horses or sheep/goats.

This domain has a high rating on the various booking websites and can be further expanded, because at the moment there are many weeks in the summer that the domain is used for retreat weeks.
The current owners are embarking on a new adventure outside France and have therefore put their domain up for sale. They hope that the next owners will enjoy this place as much as they have.
