Living in Paradise

Surely, at some point, you have thought about living in a paradise-like island. Curacao is a definitely a good destination, as you can find many incredibly beautiful beaches with fine sand and crystal clear water. However, to have the full experience of what ‘paradise’ should be like, you also want to live in a place where you feel comfortable. On Curacao, there are various areas and residences with some of the most spectacular homes you’ll ever see.

The Dream Villa in Jeremi Beach Resort

In the area of Westpunt, you will find many beautiful houses, but there are always a few that stand out from the rest. One of these properties can be found in the Jeremi Beach Resort. This house has over 200 meters squared of living space, and over 900 meters square of surrounding area. It is situated right in front of the sea, granting a mesmerising view of the ocean. The sliding doors give you a sense of freedom, as well as, a wonderful view from the moment you wake up until you go back to sleep. In addition, this living is basically new, as it was built in 2017. The kitchen is equipped with brand new equipment and utensils, and has an island with stools around it so you can eat comfortably. There are a total of three bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms and a spacious living room. Last but not least, a property like this couldn’t miss having a private swimming pool!

Jeremi Beach Resort (Lagun)

Jeremi Beach Resort is part of a former estate located on the southwest coast of Curaçao. The north side of the site is bordered by the Christoffel National Park. On the east side you will find the fishing village of Lagun. In just 30 minutes you are at Hato airport and Willemstad is about 25 minutes away. Within a few minutes you can reach the five most beautiful beaches of Curaçao, namely Santa Cruz, Lagun, Jeremi, Kleine Knip and Grote Knip. And for the mountain bikers and hikers among you, Christoffel National Park is the ultimate place to practice your hobby!
 

The Surroundings
You can park your cars on site, there are currently 2 paved parking spaces at the front of the villa. Extension is possible. Both the front and back garden are landscaped with many different tropical trees and plants, at the rear of the house and with a view of the sea is the private swimming pool.
You have access to the sea via a path of fully owned land of about 6 meters wide. Building a gazebo or stairs to easily get in and out the ocean is one of the options. Your backyard is a beautiful snorkeling and diving area.
