This lovely situated in Hauteville gondon , just a few minutes from Bourg Saint Maurice. There is a free bus that runs from outside the house to the funiculaire in the winter. The cycle path which runs the length of the Upper Tarentaise is just a few metres away.

In the 1960s, Bourg-Saint-Maurice became the foundation for the Les Arcs ski resort. The development began with Arc 1600, which opened in 1968, followed by Arc 1800 in 1974, Arc 2000 in 1979, and Arc 1950 in 2003. These villages are situated at varying altitudes, offering a range of experiences for visitors.

Les Arcs is renowned for its extensive ski area, which, combined with the neighboring La Plagne resort via the Vanoise Express gondola since 2003, forms the Paradiski domain. This expansive area offers over 425 kilometers of pistes, catering to skiers and snowboarders of all levels.
