Entrance:
Once we arrive at the beautiful, sleekly designed house, we can park the car in the driveway. We'll then walk up to the entrance and enter a spacious hall where the high ceilings immediately catch our eye and we can already feel the atmosphere of the house. A sense of tranquillity is created by the line of sight from the hall to the outside. The meter cupboard and a wardrobe are in the hall.
The washroom, featuring a suspended toilet, is in the 'box-in-box' section of the living room. Credit to the architect for making the large living room cosier this way. There is a washbasin in the vestibule of the toilet, which can be closed off with a wooden sliding panel.
The 'box-in-box' section also features a very practical storage cupboard.

A generously sized living room with a gorgeous kitchen, and sliding doors that open onto the garden:
'Wow' is the first thing you think, as you walk into the living room across the cast floor that extends beautifully into all the rooms. The lounge area is wonderfully spacious yet still very cosy. The Focus fireplace lives up to its name, as it is the focal point of the room and creates a lovely vibe. The fireplace can be turned towards the lounge area or towards the spacious dining area. Here, you can dine with family and friends while the chef is busy cooking up a storm in the fantastic kitchen, the centrepiece of the living room.

Wood and design come together beautifully in the modern kitchen. Equipped with a cooking/rinse island with large drawers, 4-burner induction hob with built-in extractor, dishwasher and sink with Quooker tap (cold, hot, cooking and sparkling water). In the morning, you can enjoy your breakfast while reading the newspaper at the breakfast bar.
The high cabinet wall stores everything you need. 2 fridge-freezers (Siemens), a combi steam oven (Miele) and a built-in coffee machine (Miele). The countertop is made of marble-look Corian.

A separate room, adjacent to the dining room, forms the rear lounge area. Here, you can retreat and enjoy the beautiful surrounding nature. This room was previously used as a play/gaming room, but its size and light make it perfect for creating a study or workspace. From here, there's a lovely view of the tall trees next to the house.

When we open the wide sliding doors, we get to experience what it feels like when 'indoor and outdoor living blend together'. The garden becomes even more of an extension of the living room this way.


Four large bedrooms and a bathroom:
Four spacious bedrooms and a bathroom have been built on the ground floor. There is a beautiful view of the garden from the all-glass hallway where these bedrooms and the bathroom are located.

The first 3 bedrooms are identical in size and all have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom is at the end of the long hallway and overlooks the garden. Open the sliding doors on a beautiful summer morning and you will immediately feel like taking a refreshing morning dip in the pool. The room has a walk-in closet and an extra built-in wardrobe.

The luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower, Sunshower and UV lamp, a freestanding elliptical bath, heated towel rails and a wide washbasin with 2 taps and a cabinet. This bathroom really makes you feel pampered.


Multipurpose room with its own entrance:
When we turn from the hall inside the house, we enter a vestibule. From here, we then reach the fantastic multipurpose room. It's a lovely bright room, with large windows that overlook the garden. This room is currently used as a Pilates & yoga studio, but could certainly be used as a home office or study. What's great is that it can also be accessed from the outside, via a private entrance.

Also accessible from the vestibule is the garage, which houses an additional washroom with a suspended toilet and laundry facilities.


Garage:
The indoor garage has plenty of daylight, an electric sectional door, heat pump unit (Nibe, 2021), extra boiler (electric), mechanical ventilation unit, solar panel inverter and a fully automatic pool system. It does everything from filtering, heating, keeping everything bacteria free and even maintaining the water level – you won't need to lift a finger. The garage opens onto the driveway.


Beautiful garden with swimming pool:
'Save the best for last’: the garden. Even just looking at the garden is a treat. While the garden is large, it also affords a sense of privacy – partly because of the greenery and tall trees next to the house. Several patios have been added, so you can enjoy the sun or shade at any time of day. The heated swimming pool tempts you to take a dip, after which you can rinse yourself off under the hot/cold stainless steel shower.

You can dine until late in the evening under the covered veranda; and if it gets chilly, the outdoor fireplace can be lit.

At the rear of the garden is a lawn with a sprinkler system, and you can access the front of the house via the back entrance.
