Behind the utility room is a 2nd hall with the central heating / storage space and the 'de Deel' access. This enormous indoor space houses the horse stables, but also serves as a garage.

FIRST FLOOR
The hall with the large staircase and the vide benefits from the abundance of sunlight that enters the farmhouse through two skylights. This large landing is used as a reading, music or study area.
The first bedroom is located on the left and in addition to a window in the side wall also has a dormer window, two closets, a sink with storage furniture and a private shower room. In addition to a dormer window, the second bedroom has a large skylight with a beautiful view over the Landelands. The third bedroom is on the other side of the farm and has its own shower room and access to a large storage room. This is easy to use as an extra room.
From 'de Deel' you have access to a large attic via a separate staircase. This storage attic can also be converted into a studio, office or extra bedroom if desired.

EXTERIOR
There are several terraces around the farmhouse, a vegetable garden, an ornamental garden, a huge lawn, a beautiful pond (large enough for fishing or for a small rowing boat) and two outbuildings. The pavement, the gravel and the plants support the characteristic appearance of the farmhouse; it is absolutely pleasant to live here.
A detached, thatched garage has an adjacent covered terrace. The second outbuilding stands next to the horse's walker and was once used as a bakehouse but now serves as a practical storage room.
For keeping horses, ponies or sheep, there are several contiguous meadows that are surrounded by trees, ditches and / or wooded banks.
