LAYOUT

DINING ROOM
Next to the living room is the separate dining room, also with sliding doors to terrace and garden. This spacious room offers more than enough space for a large dining table, crockery and sideboards and has an entrance door directly to the kitchen.

KITCHEN WITH PATIO
The spacious kitchen enjoys plenty of daylight, thanks to the large window above the natural stone sink and especially the patio garden. The U-installation of the kitchen with Siemens microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator (2018) keeps the room open. BEDROOM/STUDY 1
This space between cloakroom and garage overlooks the front garden through a large window with tilt and turn door. The side wall is now equipped with a custom cupboard, with several custom workplaces, where the children did their homework. It is the ideal place for a home office. Because of the proximity of toilet and bathroom 1, this room is also particularly suitable as an extra bedroom or guest room.


SLEEPING WING

This part of the bungalow has its own closed hallway, which is accessible from the kitchen and the foyer. Thanks to two large, round roof domes, there is a lot of daylight.
