We had this house designed by an architect with the goal to creaty plenty of space and comfort to live in with our children and to be able to receive friends and family, e.g. for dinner, our outdoor kitchen when the weather is nice. We have managed to do just that, because we have lived here with great pleasure for about 26 years and have seen the - now flown- children grow up well and pleasantly (our broker already visited the house as a school friend of our daughter).
We are also very lucky with the neighbourhood in general (quiet, spacious and green) and the neighbours in particular. Without knocking on each other's door all the time, we are there for each other if and when necessary. Of course, a few of the original residents have already moved, but young - also internationally oriented - families have moved in.
In short: nice living in a pleasant environment.
